We are blessed to have the support of the priests of the Diocese of Charlotte who regularly offer a relevant Reflection on our faith and lives. It is through their generous and faithful preaching and teaching that the CCWG best fulfills its mission “to foster in women a greater desire to know, love and serve Jesus Christ and His Church.”
Luncheons: Each year in September the CCWG kicks off its year with a Fall Luncheon and Reflection for members and invited guests. We close out our year with a Spring Luncheon and Reflection in May announcing the next year’s Executive Board Members.
Morning Reflections: Reflection mornings begin with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at 9:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Social time follows with coffee and refreshments at 9:30 am in the Activity Center. The highlight of the morning, however, is the Reflection talk which begins at 10:30 am. Confessions are sometimes available at this time.
Evening Reflections: Offered October through April begin with social and refreshments, then the Reflection talk follows. The location and time for the evening reflections change and details will be posted when the event is planned.
Retreats: We plan two Saturday Retreats, one during Advent and one during Lent.
See current reflections list below and be sure to RSVP for our Reflections.
CCWG Members can login and listen to all available past reflections.
